MY TIMELINE

TODAY

November 2021 - December 2022

I had the great pleasure of opening a new restaurant in Zurich with two friends of mine. Besides leading various dinner shifts, I was in charge of developing our monthly cocktail menu.

April 2021 - May 2022

BARTENDER AND WAITER

I have worked part-time at NUDE Cafe and Bar at the Tanzhaus in Zurich leading different bar and service shifts. 

June - September 2020

Together with my two pop-up partners, we developed and operated a temporary hotel project in the Swiss Alps.

August - November 2019

ADVENTURE IN THE EAST

As it was time to expand my horizon after four years of university, I traveled, ate and drank my way through fascinating countries like Georgia, Armenia and Iran. Best idea ever!

Autumn 2015 - Summer 2019

After four intensive years (one prepratory, three bachelor) I graduated successfully with honors and a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management with a focus in Brand Storytelling, Developing Entrepreneurial Projects, Employee Training and the Future of Food Service.

FO GUEST AMBASSADOR

I have worked as a Front Office Guest Ambassador at the B2 Boutique Hotel + Spa in Zurich during my first internship at EHL.

Autumn 2013 - Summer 2014

 LANGUAGES 

After finishing High-School I decided to move to Aix-en-Provence, FR to improve my French as well staying in Bristol, UK to enhance my English skills.

THEATRE AND DANCE 

During high-shool I was part of the Youth Theatre Zug and the TDC Dance Company.

August 2021 - December 2022

At Sobre Mesa I was in charge of running all social media channels, managing our various workshops and helping to consult other business reaching goals all around food culture.

January - March 2021

I have helped two friends with the brand identity of their grilled cheese sandwich pop-up.

January - March 2020

 FARMING IN SOUTH AMERICA 

I have spent three months in Brasil and Uruguay working on different organic farms to develop an understanding of how to produce and source food in a sustainable manner.

HOTEL CONCEPT HANDBOOK

I had the pleasure to be the co-author of the Hotel Concept Handbook working for Creative Supply, in order to help hoteliers develop or renovate their hotel projects.

January - August 2018

CX SPECIALIST

During my studies, I completed an internship as a Customer Experience Specialist at SnapShot (Shiji Group) in Berlin. SnapShot is the first and largest independent data processing platform for the hospitality industry.

Autumn 2014 - Summer 2015

 RESTAURANT TRAINEE 

Before starting university I gained valuable experience as a restaurant trainee at the fine-dining and banquet restaurant of the City Hotel Ochsen in Zug.

I graduated from the Kantonsschule Zug with a Matura (main subject: visual arts).
