The Hotel Frisch was a temporary hotel project inside a 19th-century patrician house overlooking the village square of Riom, Graubünden. Six bedrooms, many old treasures and an in-house wine bar in the old military kitchen made this historical house a perfect place to relax during the summer of 2020. Two friends and I were in charge of developing the concept and running the entire hotel operation throughout the Origen Festival Cultural. We served a selection of 100% swiss wines, our own bread and small plates of only local products from the surrounding villages. Obviously, all of this happened during the corona pandemic, complying with all safety measures necessary.
