THE HOUSE

The project was to develop a business idea, including a business model, market study, target market, business plan and financial requirements. At the end of a one month period, the project had to be pitched and presented in front of different industry experts and potential investors. 

The House was developed to be a hotel situated in the city centre of Berlin. The main concept idea was to create a hospitality environment dedicated to and evolving around sexual liberation. This meant partnering with companies such as Armorana and Goal Girls, as well as building a board of directors including people from Goldman&Sachs and Mariott International.
